The Boston Masacre took place at an uneasy time in history, colonists provided soldiers to fire. When Britian Began Taxing The coloines, Boston began to rebel and boycott British goods. The colonists of Boston not only effectiviely boycotted British goods, but ridiculed those who did'nt. Boston people often tortured, teased, and harmed the red coats. The colonists behavior toward the soldiers led to the bloody massacre that took place. The soldiers had suffered enough and on march 5, 1770, they fired into a mob of Boston colonists. Upon firiny 5-10 colonists died, or were at least injured. The soldiers were sent to a court and only two were found guilty, even they were not put to death. The colonists part in the Boston Massacre was'nt as innocent as they have people believe, but same paid the price with their lives.
